ABOUT US

Founded in 2002 by longtime skateboarders Ben and Brannon, Kinetic Skateboarding was built from a lifelong passion for skateboarding, snowboarding, travel, and community. After years spent skating up and down the East Coast discovering new spots, meeting people, and experiencing different skate scenes, the goal was simple — help build something stronger for the Pennsylvania and Delaware skate community.

Since day one, Kinetic has been committed to supporting skateboarding beyond the shop walls. From helping establish the Wilmington Skate Project to advocating for public skateparks and organizing events throughout the region, community involvement has always been a core part of who we are.

One of Kinetic’s proudest accomplishments is the growth of Wilmington’s 7th Street DIY skatepark and development of the Wilmington Skate Park — projects built by and for the local skate community.

Kinetic continues to bring together the best of skateboarding, snowboarding, footwear, and apparel by supporting both legendary core brands and emerging independent companies. We stand behind the products we sell and the culture that surrounds them.
