Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods (such as new skate/snow drops or seasonal sales), processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:

Note on Oversized Items: Due to their size and weight, snowboards and complete skateboards may incur a flat-rate "Oversized Shipping" fee which will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.
In-Store Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our shop. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Duties and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kinetic / Nocturnal is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.12
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you are ordering a snowboard or skateboard, please provide a physical address to ensure timely delivery.
