I’m an older dude, been sporting beanies for a long time. I’ve tried them all, brands, material colors, you name it. Mostly always disappointed that an overweight big headed skate fan has such a hard time finding that perfect one. I have bought some online and they always arrive in a toddler size and the material so thin it could never keep out that chill. Well my old lady brought home a couple of cute pups the other day and what a surprise there on the floor lay my 8 year old Etnie maroon cuff reversible beanie torn to pieces. My dark blue Volcom patch knit cuff was pushing the limits and is almost ready for retirement so it was time to search for some new head gear. I tried Fairman’s, and struck out, searched a few online stores or shops out of my area and just couldn’t find the one. Well about 2 weeks ago I took the drive over to Kinetic in Delaware, I’ve been there a few times at the old shop but haven’t stopped by in quite a while. Wouldn’t you know it, there it was, hanging just left of the completes mixed in a wide variety of sizes, colors and materials, there hung In all its glory, the “Independent Bar Logo Shoreman Beanie.” Big enough to fit this big round noggin, warm enough to keep these ears toasty on a cold morning or late night. This beanie is top notch. Fits great and the price was absolutely fair and affordable. I recommend this beanie to others in search of that good looking, good feeling piece of cold weather headgear and I also recommend stopping in to Kinetic to grab yourself one. Great customer service and a cool shop.
